Message: It's nice and quiet, the new owner is very nice and helpful. No laundry but no biggie for us. Everyone seems friendly. Only thing is that power is a little high per month but if you're in a trailer it's not too bad anyway. They've been fixing it up here too so if you are in need of a spot it's worth looking at.
