Message: We has a wonderful view of the lake from our room. The room was basic. Bed was ok, but the pillows should have been replaced long ago. Worst pillows ever.

Message: The staff has been great! The room is cleaner than some of the big name hotels I've been to. Small indoor pool and hot tub are both very clean.

Message: Overall we were satisfied with this hotel. The balcony was a great amenity looking out at lake Havasu. The hotel itself is showing its age but the rooms were clean and reception was friendly & helpful. There is no elevator in case that’s important to you. Wasn’t an issue for us. The pro for the location is the view of the lake however English Village area where there are lots of restaurants etc…is about a 20 min walk. If you like breweries check out Mudshark Brewery. Best pizza! And great beer options!
