Message: We stayed here 2 weeks and placed our reservation over the phone. Annie was direct and has rules as does any RV park. Being that we are from out of state, she warned us that it was monsoon season and she would put us in a spot safe from flooding. That was very considerate of her and appreciated since it did rain and we could see puddling in some areas. We were given bottled water since you can't drink their ground water. The trains do run frequently but we became accustomed to them after the first night. We didn't use the laundry or public bath so I can't speak to them. The first night the winds were very strong and I went outside after dark to check the stabilizers, chocks and front jack. A man identified himself as security and wanted to know if I was staying there and if I needed assistance. I reassured him it was my TT and that I was just worried about all the wind and considering hooking the truck up for security. He went and grabbed his bottle jack and placed on one side of my coupler hitch close to the trailer. It added some stability and peace of mind. We also got permission to have 2 packages delivered and Annie delivered one to us with a smile and pointed out the box was smashed on one- side and that they delivered it that way. The next day the security guy brought our second package. Most places we've stayed the office emails, calls or posts that you need to pickup your package. Being helpful and considerate goes a long way for me. My experience was good and I would stay with Annie and A bar A again.

Message: No thrills here. With full hook up 30 or 50 Amp water but there are warning signs to not drink the water. Alot of road noise and trains every 30 minutes. But cheap and easy in and out.

Message: I did not stay overnight, but when I called to inquire about services the lady who answered was helpful with letting me know what was available at their facility and that I would be able to fill and dump my rig when passing through. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and was allowed to fill and go. There is a large amount of highway traffic noise, but since I didn't stay it wasn't an issue and I think once inside the rig it would be fine as well.
